Our Mission

Our mission is to plan for, fundraise for, build, and support the National Mounted Warrior Museum. This museum:

Provides unique educational experiences for Soldiers and their Families and the Civilian community across the Nation.
Preserves, interprets, and tells the story of Soldiers who have served in Mounted units.
Depicts the history and value of Central Texas and its unique relationship with the Fort Cavazos Community.

Our Vision

The National Mounted Warrior Museum provides a unique educational experience, preserving and interpreting the story of mounted units and soldiers who have served at Fort Cavazos and worldwide, as well as the rich history, values, and heritage of Central Texas.
